国家杰出青年科学基金获得者,国家高层次人才特殊支持计划科技创新领军人才,国家海外高层次人才引进计划青年人才,国家优秀青年科学基金获得者,科技部中青年科技创新领军人才,科技部合成生物学重点研发项目专家组成员。兼任中国药学会中药与天然药物专业委员会委员,中国菌物学会第八届理事会理事及菌物化学专业委员会副主任委员,北京药学会第十七届理事会理事及天然药物专业委员会副主任委员等。兼任《Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B》和《中国中药杂志》编委,《Chinese Chemical Letters》,《Chinese Journal of Natural Medicines》等期刊青年编委。迄今在Journal of American Chemical Society, Angewandte Chemie International Edition, Natural Product Reports等国际著名期刊发表研究论文60余篇。多篇论文受到国际生物和医学论文评价系统“Faculty of 1000”的推荐。

基于合成生物学的天然药物化学和新药创制研究:
1. 基因驱动的活性天然产物发现及其形成机制:以抗性基因和结构基因为导向,挖掘特定靶标的天然活性分子和特殊骨架的新颖结构。阐明药用天然产物生物合成中的催化机制及调控机制,挖掘功能独特的生物合成酶,阐释天然产物的内源性功能及作用机制。
2. 天然药物合成生物学:通过合成生物学技术获取高价值的天然活性成分,并进行异源合成和结构优化,以摆脱对野生资源的依赖。
